MCBA, e vendosur më parë në Palais de Rumine, mirëpret vizitorët e saj në Plateforme 10, distrikti i arteve të Lozanës.
Me më shumë se 3000 m2 kushtuar ekspozitave të përkohshme unike dhe prezantimit të koleksionit të përhershëm, MCBA është një vend i hapur, një forum që inkurajon shkëmbimet midis publikut, artistëve dhe institucionit.
Ndërtesa, e nënshkruar EBV – Estudio Barozzi Veiga, strehon gjithashtu një librari, një bibliotekë, restorantin Le Nabi si dhe Fondacionin Toms Pauli dhe koleksionet e tij, Fondacionin Félix Vallotton dhe Arkivat Balthus.
